Mr. Edward C. Tu has been practicing law in the Los Angeles area since October 2000, having begun his career with O'Melveny & Meyers, LLP. Mr. Tu also worked for Pachulski, Stang, Ziel & Jones, P.C. and was a founding partner in Castellan Law Group, LLP. He established the Law Offices of Edward C. Tu in October 2006. Mr. Tu specializes in corporate transactions, litigation and personal/corporate bankruptcy. He also serves as general counsel for many small to medium-sized companies on employment and corporate compliance Issues. Mr. Tu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
