Angeles area since October 2000, starting his legal career with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Tu
specializes in corporate transactions, litigation and bankruptcy. He also serves as general counsel for
many small to medium-sized companies on employment and corporate compliance issues. Mr. Tu is
fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
